I began coaching 15 years ago, working with aspiring social entrepreneurs as a venture pitch coach. Before working as a manager in a Fortune 500 consultancy, I ran a coaching service for small-business owners. My work now focuses on helping rising leaders navigate the complexity of senior roles.
I use my coaching skills to energize others to be the best possible version of themselves. I’m passionate about helping rising leaders appreciate their value and realize their full leadership potential. I believe the best way to strengthen an organization is to invest in the leadership skills of its people.
As a professional with experience in both the corporate and nonprofit sectors domestically and abroad, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my coaching relationships. My experience as a consultant and educator is complementary to my work as a coach, giving me a variety of frameworks, tools, and resources I can provide to clients. Clients value my deep listening skills, insightful feedback, and commitment to their success.
